What happens when I reach my plan limits?
You'll receive a warning when approaching limits. Once reached, you won't be able to create new orders or add drivers until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
Can I downgrade from Growth to Starter?
Yes, you can downgrade anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period, then you'll switch to Starter limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money through Paystack. Payment options vary by country.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts! You can cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront for the 20% discount.
